Panamini BV/Antrustions/Order of Antrustions (www.antrustions.com), “Antrustions,” “us,” “our,” or “we” is an information provider (”provider” or “Site”) that permitts potential investors, clients, to independently, search and research information on our site, either by computer or mobile device (“the Service”) in a manner, you become a Antrustions user (“User”).

Your misuse of the Trademarks, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms of Use, is strictly prohibited. To the fullest extent permissible by law, in no event the Antrustions, its affiliates, nor each of its directors, employees, managers, agents, contractors, partners, suppliers or content providers be liable for damages under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence, or any other legal or equitable theory arising out of your access to, or use of the Site. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed and entered in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of The Netherlands. In the event any person or entity makes a claim or files a complaint initiating an action based on a dispute arising out of the use of this Site or information posted to this Site, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Territory of The Netherlands, courts located in Amsterdam, and each parties hereby agrees to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction and venue of this court.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any claim, controversy or alleged dispute between you and the Antrustions, its members or affiliates (“Dispute”), you hereby agree to attempt in good faith to amicably resolve any Dispute at least thirty (30) days before instituting any legal proceeding. Each party agrees to submit any Dispute for resolution by final binding arbitration after serving written notice in detail, the controversy, questions, claim or alleged breach along with your attempt to resolve such dispute in writing.

Notification Procedure

We may provide notifications, including those regarding modifications to these Terms of Use, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purpose to you via email notification, written or hard copy notice, or through posting or through posting of such notice on our Site, as determined by us in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to visitors of our Site. Miscellaneous

These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding between you and the Order of Antrustions relating to the Site and Antrustion’s services prior to the effective date below.
