Lesson 9
MEDITATION
Have you understand lesson eight, contemplating the source of your anger, contemplating the source of your jealousy, contemplating the source of whatever the issue is, every time when the issue comes up, you need to stop, you need to stop in your tracks and observe the difference between you and anybody else.
Then you become aware of every act and every deed you will encounter and the only way to attend this is through meditation.
Take quiet time to sit down or to take a walk or to be in the garden, or just to be, so that meditation becomes an ongoing event in your daily life.
And yes this is lesson nine.
Obviously you should have started meditating already, but we do not deal with it until lesson nine.
Spend as much time in the meditation as your daily work requires, are you aware of what we are saying?
If you do a lot of work it is good to do a lot of meditation, to balance the two out, for it is the quietude from the meditation you take with you in your work, you’ve become conscious, and this is part of an ongoing process of bringing more and more stillness into your activities, in the silence everything becomes crystal clear, your quiet down your instinctive reactive nature.
You quiet down you’re a compulsive pedals, you quiet down all that doesn’t belong to you and it will cease ultimately, it will all be self and so lesson nine reminds you to meditate in your daily life, as a source of contemplation just to wake up and away of being, just being, no more no less, just to be you, the one you really are, will erase and come forth and it will vary from day today but you will be like no one else.
The difference between you and others will become more obvious and at the same time you will become more moderate, more modest simpler, more like others and yet you are not, do you understand?
You also need to learn to listen to your body and meditation is one of the ways to learn to listen to what your body needs, most important.,
