Lesson 8

ACCEPTANCE

 

After you have contemplated your issues, it is time to integrate them to look at them as if they are not yours, so if you look at the source of your anger and see that it is your own anger, not somebody else’s, although somebody else triggered it, if you understand the source of your anger, then it is time to integrate.

It is time to understand that all issues, fear, anger, pain, anxiety, whatsoever, they are just what they are, no more no less, only you yourself make up the stories around them, from combinations of stories and experiences, you build up your fantasies and then you become angry, as soon as you come to understand that anger is just an explosion of energy and that you can use it for something more creative, then you are growing one step closer to mastery.

There is nothing to be angry about, there is nothing to feel pain about, it is just in your system, in your genes, and you have to understand that it just is what it is, no more no less, it is about acceptance, acceptance of that which is, do you understand. 

 

Now if you come to terms with whatever the issue might be in your life, then each time that the issue comes up you are able to stop yourself, stop in your tracks, stop at that very moment and look. 

Look at what is happening, nothing more nothing less, just observe and then you will get inside.
