FORGIVENESS

After you have come to terms with the wounds and scars from the past and heal them, this you do for yourself, not for others, your mind will loosen up, you are able to go even deeper inside, you might contemplate and meditate on situations or persons, see the other person, or situation in front of you, and forgive yourself, forgive the other, forgive yourself and the other for the situation you both have created.

 It is important that you heal it, is important that you forgive, or ask the other to forgive you, so that you will be healed and purified.

It is quite a process, simply said, but not easily done, now you’ve gotten half of the work done.
